• BOOKING AND PAYMENT: 

 

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the date and services. The remaining balance is due by the day of the event. Payment can be made through the invoice that you will be sent upon agreement of services. If the client needs to reschedule, they must do so at least 7 days in advance, the 50% deposit will not be refunded.

• CANCELLATION

 

If the client needs to cancel the event due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, the deposit will be fully refunded and the photographer will make every effort to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.

• PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES

​

The photographer will provide the agreed upon photography services, including any additional requested shots, for the duration of the event. The client will receive a set of edited, high-resolution digital images within 2-3 weeks of the event depending on the services. The photographer retains the copyright to all images, but gents the client permission to use the images for personal use and printing. The photographer reserves the right to use any images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media and official website.

• LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The photographer is not responsible for any injuries sustained by the client or their guests during the session nor is he responsible for any loss or damage to personal property during the session.

• TRAVEL FEES

​

The photographer is a Houston based photographer who is willing to travel. Any sessions outside the city of Houston will be at an expense. Standard travel fees are 62.5 cents per mile that will count for a full trip to and from the session. If you have a friend book with you with the same location and date, both of your travel fees will be waived.

• STUDIO RENTAL

​

If you wish to rent out a studio, there will be additional fees and rules based on the standards of the studio.
